Jon Zabala

Jon Zabala currently serves as the Deputy General Manager at Elay Group since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jon held the position of Industrial Development Manager at DOGA from June 2022 to May 2023, where responsibilities included leading industrial development and managing new project programs. Jon's experience also encompasses a tenure as Project Manager at NAFSA CHINA from October 2018 to May 2022, focusing on the Chinese market and new project development. Earlier roles include Lean Manufacturing Assistant and Master's Thesis work at Lacor Kitchenware, Project Assistant at ORKLI GROUP, and internships at Createch Medical and Pure Fishing. Jon holds a Master's Degree in Business Innovation and Project Management from Mondragon Unibertsitatea and a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from both the Universidad del País Vasco and Blekinge Institute of Technology.
