Gilad Ratnovsky

Gilad Ratnovsky is a Design Manager and User Experience professional, currently leading the UX and product design team at Elbit Systems Ltd since 2015. With over 20 years of experience, they specialize in turning user research and consumer insights into viable product and system designs. Their work encompasses implementing User-Centered Design and Design-Thinking approaches across various business divisions, fostering collaboration and standardization in design practices. Prior to this role, Gilad worked as a freelance interaction designer and held various positions in graphic design, contributing significantly to client-centered solutions and user interface development. They hold a degree from the Neri Bloomfield Academy of Design.
