Igor Gimelfarb

Igor Gimelfarb is an industrial engineering professional with a focus on operations, production planning, and supply chain management. They have held various managerial roles at Elbit Systems Ltd from 2010 to 2012, including Contracts & Projects Manager and Program Manager, where they effectively managed cross-organizational projects and implemented lean management techniques. Previously, they worked as a Business Analyst at HOT from 2008 to 2010, responsible for analyzing sales processes and developing control reports. Currently, Igor is pursuing an M.A. in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Bar-Ilan University and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in project management at the Holon Institute of Technology.
