Mika Shtark Leibovitch

Mika Shtark Leibovitch currently serves as the Director of Program Management at Buildots since April 2022. Prior to this role, Mika was with GOI for nearly 15 years, holding various leadership positions including Head of Software Development Group focused on cyber IoT, where strategic platform development and process definitions were emphasized. Other notable roles at GOI included managing UX/UI teams to enhance web system developments and leading testing groups for multidisciplinary projects in cyber systems. Mika's earlier experience includes positions at Tescom, responsible for testing software integration, and Cellcom, where involvement spanned from software programming to project leadership in speech recognition systems. Academically, Mika holds a Master’s degree in Computer Technology and Learning from Tel Aviv University, alongside a Senior Management Program certificate from the Technion, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College.
