Moshe Kol

Moshe Kol's work experience began in 1998 with the IDF, where they worked as a Weapon Systems Officer until 2000. In 2005, they joined ELTEL technologistics as a combat controller until 2007. From 2007 to 2013, they worked at Shafir Production Systems Ltd., first as a Mechanical Engineering Manager and later as a Technical Manager. In 2013, they joined Elbit Systems Ltd, starting as a System Engineer and later progressing to roles such as Systems Engineering Team Lead, Systems Engineering Group Manager, and currently serving as the Product Line Chief Engineer since March 2021.

Moshe Kol obtained a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering- mechatronics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between the years 2003 and 2007. Following this, they pursued a master's degree in systems engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering from 2011 to 2013.
