Ofir Arbel

Ofir Arbel is an accomplished Programs Director for the Rocket & Missile Systems Business Unit at Elbit Systems Israel, overseeing the development of advanced technologies and managing project resources. Prior to this role, Ofir served as the Head of the Naval Military Procurement Department at IMOD, where strategic policy development led to a significant funding increase. A veteran of the Israeli Navy, Ofir held various leadership positions, including Head of Planning and Operation Division and Chief Planning Officer, successfully managing personnel and resources to enhance operational efficiency and reduce maintenance requirements. Ofir's extensive experience in naval procurement, logistics, and project management is supported by a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Ruppin Academic Center and a Naval Officer degree from the Israeli Naval Academy.
