Roi Gildor

Roi Gildor is an experienced Project Manager and Intelligence Lead with a strong background in leading strategic initiatives and managing cross-organizational processes. They have held key positions at Elbit Systems Ltd and the Prime Minister's Office in Israel, where they have successfully managed product lifecycles, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and mentored new project managers. Roi currently serves as a Business Intelligence and Business Development Manager at Elbit Systems, focusing on building a Business Intelligence unit and implementing data-driven decision-making frameworks. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Master's degree from the University of Haifa.
