Silvana Lorentz has over 25 years of experience in software engineering and leadership roles, currently serving as a Software Team Leader at Elbit Systems Ltd since January 2010. Prior to this position, Silvana held senior software engineering roles at modu, FlexMobile, SKY Mobilemedia, and e-Sim Ltd., where responsibilities included project management. Silvana began the professional journey as a Software Engineer at Tadiran Telecommunications. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Haifa, complemented by earlier studies at Liceul de Matematica Fizica nr. 1 in Bucuresti.
