Vadim Krel

Vadim Krel is an accomplished aerospace professional with extensive experience in project management and flight testing, particularly within high-energy munition systems. Serving as a Project Captain for the Israeli Air Force from September 2019 to July 2021, Vadim managed a classified project, led experimental efforts, and made critical engineering decisions under pressure. Subsequent roles included Flight Test Engineer at both Elbit Systems Israel and the Israeli Air Force, where Vadim planned and executed complex flight test experiments. Vadim's expertise further expanded as a Project Manager at Israel Aerospace Industries, where oversight included budget management and stakeholder engagement for advanced weapon systems. Currently, Vadim holds the position of Technical Project Manager at Elbit Systems Israel, responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams in the development of new munition systems. Vadim Krel holds an MBA, achieved Cum Laude from Netanya Academic College, and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, also earned Cum Laude from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
