Philip O'Connor

Philip O'Connor is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in the aerospace and defense industries. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Elbit Systems of America since October 2015, Philip oversees HR activities for the San Antonio Operations. Previous roles include CEO of 4M HR Logistics and Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Development at M7 Aerospace, where responsibilities encompassed aerospace, manufacturing, and defense programs. Philip's extensive career also includes leadership positions in human resources at EADS Sogerma Services, Dee Howard Aircraft, and LTV Aerospace-Vought, as well as experience in labor relations at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources, Business Management, and Labor Relations from Michigan State University.
