Scott Tumpak

Scott Tumpak is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as SVP/GM of Electronic Systems at Elbit Systems of America since March 2024, Tumpak previously held the position of Vice President of the Military Helicopter Line of Business at Airbus US Space & Defense, Inc. from November 2020 to March 2024. Tumpak boasts a long tenure at Airbus Helicopters, Inc., encompassing roles such as Vice President of Military Programs and Senior Director of the UH-72A Lakota Program, and has also contributed to Airbus Group Inc. in various capacities. Tumpak began the professional career at DFI International and Grey Advertising. Educational qualifications include a Fellowship in National Security Studies from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School, a Master’s degree from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Occidental College.
