Elbrus Point – IT & Legal Recruitment Specialists

Elbrus Point are specialist recruiters operating across the European Technology market and the UK legal sector, partnering with organisations and professionals to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions for complex and time-critical hiring needs.

Within technology recruitment, we work across complex European markets, drawing on nearly 50 years of combined experience delivering permanent and freelance solutions. We specialise in sourcing niche and hard-to-find technology experts, supporting enterprise clients with business-critical, project-driven requirements. Our approach is consultative and delivery-focused — we take the time to understand what is not working and tailor solutions that deliver on time and on budget.

For candidates and consultants, we bring the European jobs and project market directly to their inbox, offering access to innovative organisations, cutting-edge technology roles, and short- and long-term assignments across the continent.

Within legal recruitment, we operate exclusively within the UK private practice market, partnering with law firms to secure high-quality legal talent and supporting legal professionals in making informed, career-defining moves. We work with Legal 500, Top 200, Magic and Silver Circle, Regional, High-Street and Boutique law firms, taking a relationship-led and discreet approach to recruitment.

We recruit across a wide range of legal disciplines including Corporate & Commercial, Banking & Finance, Property, Litigation, Employment, Private Client, Family, Regulatory, Insolvency, Construction, IP and specialist niche practices.

Whether you are a hiring manager struggling to secure niche expertise or a professional considering your next move, Elbrus Point are trusted recruitment partners, committed to expertise, integrity and delivery.
