Kai-Nicholas Kunze

Kai-Nicholas Kunze has extensive work experience in various roles within the insurance industry. Kai-Nicholas started their career at Generali Switzerland in 1998 and held multiple positions including Chief Underwriting Officer, Head of Premium Partners and International, Head of Agencies, and Project Manager. In 2014, they joined Schweizerischer Versicherungsverband SVV as a member of the committee. In 2020, they became a Senior Consultant at Move UP, specializing in recruitment and HR audits. Kai-Nicholas also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Wise.swiss, contributing to the development of the company's strategy. Currently, since 2022, they work at Accenture DACH as a Management Consulting Senior Manager in the insurance sector. Most recently, they joined ELCA Group in 2023 as an Associate Principal in Insurance Advisory, focusing on strategy, innovation, digitalization, customer experience, and efficiency in insurance and health care.

Kai-Nicholas Kunze has a diverse education history. Kai-Nicholas obtained a Global Leadership degree from IMD in 2016. In 2010, they received an Executive Diploma HSG in Insurance Management from the University of St.Gallen. In 2002, they completed a Diploma in Insurance Management from Generali Management School. Prior to that, they pursued a Master en droit from the University of Lausanne - UNIL from 1994 to 1998. Lastly, they obtained their Maturité fédérale with a focus on Langues modernes from Collège Champittet.
