Gianluca Dispenza is currently working as a Regional Sales Manager at Elcam Medical since October 2016. With a background in sales and business development, Gianluca has experience in managing, consolidating, and finding new clients in the Italian commercial office. Gianluca specializes in setting and defining budgets and sales policies, market and competition analysis, and preparing business plans. Additionally, Gianluca has technical skills in developing new projects through knowledge of extrusion and molding techniques, along with expertise in European regulations in the medical and pharmaceutical fields.
