Guillaume Gimenez

Guillaume Gimenez is an experienced project manager with expertise in managing engineering and construction projects across various sectors including agro-food and industry. Currently, as Responsable de projets at Groupe Elcimaï since September 2021, Guillaume oversees project coordination from the initial stages to project completion, acting as the primary contact for clients and managing both internal and external teams. Previous roles include project management positions at CEBATEC and EFOR, where responsibilities ranged from managing construction projects for the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors to engineering tasks for industrial clients at PHARMACOS. With a background in CVC/fluid studies and research experience from Washington State University, Guillaume holds degrees in General Engineering from Centrale Nantes and a Master’s in Wood Structures from Ecole Supérieure du Bois.
