In 2013, they moved to Schildknecht AG and held the position of Head of international Sales/Marketing/COO until 2015. Since 2016, they have been working at ELCO Industrie Automation GmbH, initially as the Deputy General Manager and then as the Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Partner/CEO at ELCO Industrie Automation GmbH.
Ralf Matthews has a diverse education history, primarily focused on business and management. In 1994-1997, they studied Industrieelektroniker at Murrelektronik. In 2003, they completed the SPS-Techniker program at Siemens Professional Education, specializing in Speicherprogrammierbare Steuerungen. More recently, in 2020-2021 and 2022, Ralf enrolled in various programs at the International Business Management Institute (IBMI), including Mini-MBA, Marketing and Communications, Finance and Accounting, Economic and International Business, Essential Management Skills, Strategy and Operations, Human Resource Management, Crisis Management, and Accounting Principles in Financial Management. Additionally, in 2021, they completed programs in Innovation Management, Design Thinking, Change Management, Basics of Innovation Management, Digital Transformation, all at the International Business Management Institute (IBMI).
