Assem Emam

Assem Emam has extensive work experience in the digital fitness and well-being industry, media organizations, and startups. In 2012, they began their career as a Brand Manager at Akhbarak.net, a news aggregator in Egypt and the Middle East. Assem then took on the role of Senior Brand Manager at Sarmady - a Vodafone Company. In 2013, they became a Product Consultant at Speakol and Co-Founder at Egyptian Streets, one of the fastest growing English news websites. In 2016, they were appointed CEO at El3ab and in 2018 they became Co-founder and CEO of ElCoach, the #1 on-demand fitness and nutrition app in MENA.

Assem Emam attended Paris ESLSCA Business School from 2009 to 2010, where they earned a Professional diploma in Integrated Marketing Communication with a B degree.
