Madan Patnamsetty

Madan Patnamsetty holds a Doctor of Science (Tech) degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Tampere University and a Master's degree in Materials Engineering with Distinction from Tampere University of Technology. Currently serving as a Material Expert (Metals) at Elcogen, Madan specializes in metallic materials for solid oxide cell stack applications and conducts failure and post-mortem analysis using advanced techniques such as SEM, TEM, and XRD. Prior experience includes a doctoral research role at Tampere University, focusing on the hot deformation behavior of FCC-based high-entropy alloys and serving as a teaching assistant for a course on phase transformation and heat treatment of metals. Additionally, experience as a research assistant in high-entropy alloy design and as Deputy Manager at Essar Steel India Ltd. has enriched expertise in the metallurgical field.
