Calling repair at the company can be a nightmare for people staying on hold for a long time, and when they do get a live person, they may get cut off, or the rep. may not be competent. We open a repair ticket to expedite service, or we my give them advice such as unplugging all phones and plugging them back in.

Same as above, but also they tend to appreciate the fact that they have a designated contact for all their needs. This applies to regular phone lines, T1’s, hosted Pbx, internet service, and other services. For example, we can set up the system to reroute calls in case of an outage to avoid interruption of service.
