Andrej Pavlovic has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Andrej started their professional journey in 1997 as the Director of Representative Office in London for KOMEL CORPORATION. Andrej then worked as the Director of Foreign Trade at Maple Corporation from 2003 to 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they served as the Business Development Director at Rapidv. Andrej then joined the Privatization Agency, Government of Serbia, in 2008 as an Assistant Project Manager. In 2011, they became the Executive Director of the BusPlus loyalty program at Digitag. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Chief Adviser for the Balkan Region at Lucas Foster, a film producer. Finally, from 2014 onwards, they have been associated with Elcom, initially as the Business Development Director for the Balkan region, and then as the Managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe.

Andrej Pavlovic attended Schiller International University in Florida, USA, where they studied International Business. Andrej then attended the University of Belgrade, The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine from 1991 to 1992, focusing on Veterinary Medicine. Andrej later returned to Schiller International University, this time in London, UK, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business. Additionally, they earned an Associate's Degree in International Business and Hotel management from Schiller International University Strasbourg. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Basketball level I coach certification from England Basketball in 2003.
