Helen Gladwin has a background in administration and finance, having worked as a Senior Administrator at Assistive Partner Limited, then moving on to Elcom Systems Limited after the acquisition in 2018. Prior to that, Helen was a Project Administrator at Vanderlande and a Branch Accounts Clerk at Halfords. Helen now holds the title of Senior Finance & Operations Administrator at Elcom.
