Gaurav Kataria has extensive experience in customer relationship management and backend operations, with a career spanning over nine years. Currently holding the position of Manager CRM & Back End Operations at Eldeco Group since August 2018, Gaurav has advanced through various roles within the company, including Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, and Sr. Executive. Prior to joining Eldeco Group, Gaurav served as Sr. Executive CRM at PARAS Buildtech India Pvt. Ltd. from April 2014 to July 2018. Gaurav holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and IT from the University of Allahabad.
