Joel has been a part of Eldeco for over 20 years and believes a lot of that has to do with the trust and loyalty that exists among the leadership team of the company. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University and is a licensed engineer in Alabama, North Carolina, Florida, Indiana, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina.
