Michelle’s career began at Eldeco in 2004, when she started as receptionist. Thanks to Eldeco’s employee-focused spirit, she was given many opportunities to grow and took advantage of them along the way to her current position. Michelle also holds a certification for Senior Professional in Human Resources as well as SHRM-SCP (SHRM Senior Certified Professional).
