Molly Padovini

Molly Padovini is an accomplished automotive executive with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as the General Manager at Elder Hyundai since February 2017, Padovini also holds the position of Executive Board Member at the Automotive Women's Alliance. With a career that spans several decades, Padovini has held various leadership roles including General Manager at Jaguar Land Rover Lakeside and Jaguar of Troy, as well as Director of Fixed Operations at Elder Ford. Padovini began the career at Mt. Clemens Dodge as a Finance Manager. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Central Michigan University and a high school diploma from Henry Ford II.
