Wendy Kowalski

Wendy Kowalski is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Elder Logistics Inc. since August 2021, Wendy has previously held similar roles at NewCold, Empire Packing Company, and Orca Bay Seafoods, where responsibilities included implementing and managing HR policies, programs, and procedures. Wendy also has a diverse background in payroll and customer service positions at Seafreeze Cold Storage and General Int'l Freight Forwarders. Wendy completed the HR Management Course at The Close Group in 2010 and holds a diploma with Business Honors from Rainier Beach, awarded in 1985.
