Jeff Witmer

Jeff Witmer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data science and engineering, currently serving as the Director of the DoD Portfolio at Elder Research since September 2020. In this role, Jeff oversees a significant budget and manages a portfolio of high-profile Department of Defense contracts, driving growth and exceeding key performance indicators. Previous roles at Elder Research include Client Engagement Manager and Data Scientist II, where expertise in MLOps and cloud migration was demonstrated. Jeff's earlier experience includes engineering positions at Kulicke & Soffa and Exelon Generation, alongside military service in the United States Marine Corps. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Data Science from Drexel University.
