Tara M. Batemon

Tara M. Batemon is a seasoned professional in learning engagement and development, currently serving as Learning Engagement Manager and Lead Learning and Development Specialist at Elder Research since January 2024. Previously, from November 2021 to February 2024, Tara was a Podcaster for Teens Biz Talk, where insights from teen entrepreneurs and business professionals were shared. Tara has an extensive background in education, having taught as Faculty at ECPI University from April 2017 to January 2024, focusing on business, computer applications, and career development. Additionally, an Associate Faculty member at the University of Phoenix from November 2008 to May 2014, specialization included Business Finance instruction while mentoring adjunct faculty candidates. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Clark Atlanta University (2004-2006) and a BA in Health Administration from Arcadia University (1999-2001).
