Jolita Segur has extensive experience in managed care and administrative support, currently serving as the Managed Care Unit Manager at Elder Services of Worcester Area, Inc. since January 2005, overseeing multiple Senior Care Options and One Care contracts. Previously, Jolita held positions at the Embassy of the United States in Vilnius, Lithuania, including Supervisor and Case Manager, along with serving as Protocol Assistant to the Ambassador. Earlier career roles included Executive Assistant to both the Chief of Armed Forces and the Vice Minister of National Defense at the Ministry of National Defense from September 1997 to August 2001. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Language Studies from Limoges University and both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Foreign Language Teacher Education from Vilniaus Pedagoginis Universitetas.

For elders and younger individuals with disabilities, being in their own home provides security and a very important sense of independence. Elder Services of Worcester Area, Incorporated’s mission is to help elders, younger individuals with disabilities, and their families obtain essential services so that elders can remain at home with dignity and independence for as long as possible. Elder Services of Worcester Area, a private, not-for-profit agency, is one of twenty-seven Aging Services Access Points (ASAP) in Massachusetts and assists elders over the age of sixty and younger disabled individuals from fifteen communities in the Greater Worcester area. Building on more than four decades of experience, our organization is an expert in community based, long term care.
