Donna Vance has extensive experience in healthcare and legal support roles. Currently serving as a Medicaid Specialist at Elderhaus, Inc. since March 2020, Donna previously worked as a Paralegal at Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP from May 2018 to March 2020. Prior to that, Donna held the position of Intake Coordinator at Elderhaus PACE from November 2015 to May 2018 and worked as an Income Maintenance Caseworker III at Brunswick County Department of Social Services for 20 years, from August 1995 to November 2015. Donna Vance is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington, holding a Bachelor's degree, and is an alumna of Avery County High School, graduating from 1980 to 1984.

With the aging process come new questions and challenges. How will I preserve my physical health? Will I still have the option to live independently? What will be my quality of life? Elderhaus is committed to addressing these concerns by offering community oriented adult day care services. Participants in our program may receive transportation to and from our facility, the care of Certified Nursing Assistants, snacks and lunches appropriate for their dietary needs, and an on-site Licensed Nurse available to provide follow-up care in accordance with physician’s orders. In addition to these services Seniors are engaged throughout the day with group activities, the option for physical exercise, as well as interaction with volunteers and community organizations.
