Dustin Pease

Dustin Pease is an experienced technology executive, currently serving as Vice President of Data & Analytics and Executive Director of Data and Analytics at Eldermark since April 2015, where responsibilities include data engineering, analytics, and overseeing data-related initiatives in the Senior Living industry. Prior to Eldermark, Dustin held various positions at Digital River from March 2006 to March 2015, including Manager of Experience Engineering and Architecture, focusing on code review, technology innovation, and user experience. Earlier career roles include Lead User Interface Developer, Senior User Interface Developer, and User Interface Engineer, where team management and UI framework development were central responsibilities. Dustin began the career as a Web Application Developer at Digital Array and as a Web Developer at MarketingBridge, accumulating expertise in web-based applications and e-commerce solutions. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
