Inoka Perera

Inoka Perera has extensive experience in operations and human resources, currently serving as Operations - Executive Assistant to the CEO at Eleanor Healthcare Group since August 2014. Inoka has held multiple roles within the same organization, including Operations Manager, Human Resources Manager, Resourcing Manager, Lead Recruitment and Retention Officer, and Recruitment and Retention Officer. Prior experience includes customer service at KFC UK & Ireland and senior administration at Allianz Insurance. Inoka began a career in insurance as an Insurance Executive at Asian Alliance Insurance. Educational qualifications include a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing and a Diploma in Insurance from The Sri Lanka Insurance Institute.
