Jenny Seib

Jenny Seib has 21 years of work experience in instructional design and professional development. Jenny is currently working as a Learning Experience Designer at ELB Learning, where they design and develops off-the-shelf and custom courses using various software tools. Prior to this, Jenny worked at Post Falls School District as a Professional Development Consultant and a Professional Development Coordinator, where they coached employees, conducted performance reviews, and facilitated professional development courses. Jenny also worked at Lewis & Clark College/Post Falls School District as an Instructional Designer/Instructor, where they designed and evaluated learner-centered lessons. Jenny's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Instructional Designer at The Backup Training Corp, where they reorganized project management processes and developed various types of learning solutions. Throughout their career, Jenny has demonstrated expertise in needs analysis, project management, and creating engaging learning experiences using adult learning theories and multimedia design principles.

Jenny Seib has a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained in 2004. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from California State University, Bakersfield.

In addition to their degrees, Jenny has obtained various certifications.
