Karl Shea

Karl Shea has a strong background in eLearning design and development, having worked as an independent contractor for The Upskill E-learning Team since 2015. In this role, they have collaborated with notable brands such as Google, Amazon, Columbia University, Johnson&Johnson, Mercedes Benz, and Tiktok. Karl is skilled in Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline, allowing him to create engaging and interactive eLearning experiences.

Prior to their work as an independent contractor, Karl was a Training Specialist at Arvato Financial Solutions from 2012 to 2015. In this role, they designed and developed comprehensive training programs, conducted needs assessments, set learning objectives and assessments, and delivered training sessions both in-person and virtually. Additionally, Karl evaluated program effectiveness and provided data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Karl Shea obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Science in Digital Illustration and Animation from Ateneo de Naga University, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, such as "Foundations of Instructional Design" from Learning & Performance Partners, Inc. in November 2016, "Achieving Stellar Service™ Experiences" from AchieveGlobal Australia in March 2015, "Executive Presentation Skills®" from Communispond in January 2015, "Training and Organizational Needs Analysis" from Ateneo Graduate School of Business in November 2014, and "Training the Trainers" from Ateneo Graduate School of Business in September 2014.
