Kristen Nauss

Kristen Nauss has more than 20 years of diverse work experience in various industries. Most recently, they worked at ELB Learning (formerly eLearning Brothers) as a Product Marketing Director from June 2021 to June 2022, before transitioning to the role of Sr. Director, Global Events in June 2022.

Before that, Kristen had a side-hustle as a Professional Voice Over Artist and Writer at Voice For Hire, starting in May 1992. This provided their with valuable connections and served as a resource during times of need, such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2019, Kristen took on the role of Director of Marketing at First Companies, Inc. Kristen led marketing, PR, and internal/external communications for the real estate, construction, and property management company until March 2020.

From 2015 to 2019, Kristen worked at Extend Your Reach, a full-service marketing agency. Kristen initially started as a Marketing Director and was later promoted to Director of Sales & Marketing. Kristen played a key role in expanding the agency's services and managing a diverse marketing team.

Prior to that, Kristen worked at Michigan Blood as a Public Relations Coordinator and later as the Director of Special Events/Community Relations. During their 11-year career at the blood center, they successfully organized blood drive events, raised public awareness, managed marketing and promotion, and developed strong community relations.

Kristen's early career was in radio broadcasting. Kristen held various on-air positions at WODJ 107.3 - Citadel Broadcasting, WNDV U93 - Artistic Media Partners, WOOD (EZ) 105.7 - Clear Channel Radio, WFAT 96.5 - Midwest Communications, and WLHT 95.7 - Regent Broadcasting. In addition to hosting radio shows, Kristen was involved in promotions, writing and producing commercials, and managing remotes.

Kristen Nauss completed their education at Western Michigan University from 1990 to 1994, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication / Broadcasting. Prior to that, they attended East Grand Rapids High School from 1986 to 1990 where they earned their Diploma in College Prep.
