Since 2018, Mark Robertson has been crushing it in his role at Elecnor Hawkeye – and as an organization, we couldn’t be more grateful. As the Director of Safety, Mark has the critical job of keeping every team member safe, secure, and protected from the wide variety of environmental, occupational, or structural dangers that could impact our team, our customers, or the public.
While there is no denying the high pressure that comes with Mark’s job, the truth is, there is nothing he would rather be doing than keeping the Elecnor Hawkeye family and our clients safe. After getting his degree from Keene State College in New Hampshire in Industrial Safety and partnering with organizations such as the DOT, OSHA, and EPA, Mark has developed a passion for implementing policies and setting up protections designed to create a strategic direction for overall safety.
Among the many aspects of his work that he loves, Mark is particularly appreciative of the Leadership Skills Development opportunities he receives through Elecnor Hawkeye. Mark is grateful for opportunities to grow his skill sets, explore through different lenses, and incorporate new information into his ongoing projects and developments.
Mark relies on his experience, education, and executive leadership to support Elecnor Hawkeye’s teams. Aware that his policies and decisions directly and significantly impact his coworkers, colleagues, and associates in the field; He believes that the key to preventing unwanted situations is to explore every situation from various angles.
When he is not keeping the Elecnor Hawkeye team safe, he is brushing up on history and spending time with his family – especially technology-free time. He cherishes every moment he has with his family and children.
