Francisco Avila Villalba

Francisco Avila Villalba has extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as Encargado de obras at Grupo Elecnor since January 2023. Prior roles include similar positions at AREA Construcción, Elecnor, Construcciones Gonzalez Cansino, IELCO, S.L., and TECONSA, where responsibilities consistently involved overseeing construction projects.
