Vivek Tiwari

Vivek Tiwari has extensive experience in project coordination and engineering, currently serving as Corporate Project Coordinator for TPM and Lean Supply Chain Functions at Elecon Group since September 2012. Responsibilities include data analysis for TPM projects, mentoring project leaders on loss reduction tools, and conducting audits of project development. Additionally, Tiwari has a strong background in procurement policies, demand planning, and supply planning. Previously held roles at Elecon Engineering Company involved costing, estimation, and industrial engineering, where tasks included process mapping, machine hour rate determination, and implementation of standard operating procedures.
