Neil Pritchard

Neil Pritchard has a diverse work experience spanning several industries.

Neil is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Director at Eleco plc, a specialist international provider of software and related services for the Built Environment. Neil oversees the company's software solutions used throughout the building lifecycle.

Prior to their role at Eleco plc, Neil served as a Non-Executive Director & Charitable Trustee at The Magic Circle Foundation, where they contributed to the promotion of education in the history and practice of the art of Magic.

Before that, Neil was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Director at CORERO NETWORK SECURITY PLC, a cybersecurity company. Neil played a crucial role in mitigating the impact of Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.

Neil also served as the Group Financial Director (CFO) & Company Secretary at CML Microsystems Plc Group. Neil was responsible for various areas such as financial reporting, budgeting, M&A transactions, and business process optimization.

Additionally, Neil has experience as a Finance & IT Director / Chief Financial Officer / Company Secretary at Continental, a global automotive supplier, and as a Group Financial Controller at Delta plc Group (now Valmont Industries), working in the metals, chemicals, engineering, and industrials sector.

Neil started their career at KPMG in various roles, including Forensic Transaction Services and Assurance.

Neil also worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Invesco Perpetual plc and as a Use of Systems Regulator at the Office of Electricity Regulation (now OFGEM).

Throughout their career, Neil has demonstrated a strong financial acumen and leadership skills across different sectors.

Neil Pritchard's education history begins with their attendance at The Bishop of Hereford's Bluecoat School from 1983 to 1988. Neil then went on to Hereford VIth Form College from 1988 to 1990, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree during that time. Neil Pritchard subsequently pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Politics (Joint Honours) at the University of Bath from 1990 to 1994, where they delved into subjects such as economics, econometrics, political economy, government, politics, and international relations.
