Brad Toland

Brad Toland has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Brad is currently employed as the Director of Information Technology at Election Systems & Software since 2019. Prior to this, they held various positions at Douglas Omaha Technology Commission (DOTComm) from 2010 to 2019, including Program Director - Technology Architecture and Network Services Manager. Brad was responsible for implementing and integrating new technologies, designing IT system architecture, and ensuring efficient and secure IT environments. Before DOTComm, Brad worked as an IT Supervisor at West Asset Management from 2007 to 2010, overseeing desktop support operations and implementing automation for operational efficiencies. Brad also served as a System Administrator at Omnium Worldwide from 2005 to 2007.

Brad Toland completed an Associate's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Metropolitan Community College from 2003 to 2006. Following that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Management Information Systems, General from Bellevue University from 2006 to 2007.
