Joel Masters

Joel Masters has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Project Engineer at Streck until 2006. Joel then moved on to BD, where they served as a Production Leader from 2006 to 2010. Following that, they joined Cardinal Health, first as a Manager of Operational Excellence from 2010 to 2015 and then as a Site Leader from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, Joel returned to Election Systems & Software as a Production and Quality Manager until 2017. Joel then joined Cardinal Health again as an Enterprise Program Manager from 2017 to 2024. Finally, Joel is currently the Vice President of Manufacturing & Hardware Engineering at Election Systems & Software, a role they have held since 2024.

Joel Masters earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1999-2003. Joel later obtained their MBA in Business from Creighton University in 2006-2008.
