Hikmat Attari

Hikmat Attari is an experienced Senior Oracle Database Administrator with over seven years of expertise in database management and security across various organizations. Currently employed at Élections Canada since November 2020, Hikmat manages accounts and user IDs within a DB vault environment, overseeing security protocols for databases including Oracle 12c and 19c.
