Ruban Sasidharan

Ruban Sasidharan possesses extensive experience in information technology management and project leadership, currently serving at Elections Ontario since July 2017. Prior to this, Ruban held various roles at Tata Consultancy Services from October 2003 to June 2017, including Program Manager and Technology Manager, where responsibilities spanned overseeing large-scale projects, managing application development services for PSCU, and implementing global staffing models. Additionally, Ruban acted as Technical Project Manager for Bank of America, leading geographically distributed teams and ensuring smooth execution of business and infrastructure initiatives. Previous positions include Software Project Lead at Standard Chartered Bank and Sr Software Engineer at NTT Innovation Institute, Inc. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, along with foundational business studies at St. Petersburg College.
