Keith Allen

Keith Allen is an experienced aerospace engineer currently serving as the Flight Controls IPT Lead at Electra.aero since January 2024. Prior to this role, Keith was the Chief Engineer of Autonomy at Xwing from April 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included coordinating engineering activities for FAA-certified UAS autonomy technologies. From June 2008 to March 2021, Keith worked as the Principal GNC Systems Engineer at Collins Aerospace, leading multi-disciplinary teams in the development of flight control systems for unmanned and optionally piloted aircraft. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Stanford University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Maryland.
