Trevor Braun is a seasoned professional in electrochemical development and testing, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Electrochemical Development & Test at Electra since September 2021. Prior to this role, Trevor held positions as Development Engineering Manager and Senior Scientist at the same company. Trevor's experience includes serving as a Research Chemical Engineer at the National Institute of from September 2016 to August 2021, leading R&D efforts to develop kinetic models for metal electrodeposition. As an NRC Postdoctoral Researcher, contributions included integrating electroanalytical techniques with optical microscopy for studying electrochemical systems, followed by impactful research as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington, focusing on bipolar electrodeposition. Trevor also gained practical experience as a Process Development Engineer Intern at Lam Research. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
