Tal Almog

Tal Almog serves as the VP of HR at Electra-FM since January 2015, supporting the CEO with program initiatives, negotiating collective agreements, and managing senior management recruitment and development. Prior experience includes serving as Organizational Development Manager at Electra, where Tal managed HR disciplines and established corporate recruitment strategies, as well as held roles at Delta Galil Industries focusing on managerial development and organizational change. Earlier in the career, Tal was the HR Manager at Tikshoov and held various educational leadership positions in the Israel Defense Forces. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Bar-Ilan University.
