Saurabh Bhasme has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Saurabh began their career at SAE Effi-Cycle as a Lead Engineer for Electric Powertrain Design in 2012. In 2013, they moved to SAE SUPRA as Chief Technical Engineer for Vehicle Design, Manufacturing, and Testing. In 2014, they were Technical Team Lead at Elite Karting, responsible for Vehicle Design, Manufacturing, Testing, and Marketing. In 2015, they were a Summer Quality Engineering Intern at Fiat India Automobile Private Limited. Ranjangaon. In 2016, they worked as an Intern for Drivetrain Maintenance at Renault Service. In 2018, they became a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Michigan Technological University. Most recently, in 2019, they were Control Algorithms Lead at Electra Vehicles, Inc.

Saurabh Bhasme has a wide range of educational experience. In 2017, they obtained their Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Saurabh obtained their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management in 2016. In 2010, they obtained their Higher Secondary School Certificate from Shri Shivaji Science College. Saurabh also obtained their Secondary School Certificate from SOMALWAR HIGH SCHOOL, KHAMLA, NAGPUR (M.S.) in 2010.
