Alexis Woolard has nearly a decade of project management experience, primarily focused on real estate development with a specialization in historic preservation and community development. They currently work at Electrada as a Portfolio Director, responsible for managing the portfolio of electrification development across various segments. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Electrada. Before joining Electrada, Alexis worked at 3CDC, where they held the roles of Senior Development Officer and Development Officer, contributing to the revitalization and connection of downtown Cincinnati. They also gained experience at the City of Cincinnati, supporting the Department of Community Development in administering housing programs.
