Alexis Woolard

Alexis Woolard has nearly a decade of project management experience, primarily focused on real estate development with a specialization in historic preservation and community development. They currently work at Electrada as a Portfolio Director, responsible for managing the portfolio of electrification development across various segments. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Electrada. Before joining Electrada, Alexis worked at 3CDC, where they held the roles of Senior Development Officer and Development Officer, contributing to the revitalization and connection of downtown Cincinnati. They also gained experience at the City of Cincinnati, supporting the Department of Community Development in administering housing programs. Additionally, Alexis served as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Cincinnati and gained business development experience as a Business Development Intern at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh.

Alexis Woolard completed a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Cincinnati, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Environmental Studies from Xavier University, from 2006 to 2010. Alexis graduated from Shaler Area High School, but no specific degree or field of study was provided for that period.
