Nicola Buley

Nicola Buley is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in governance, risk management, and legal counsel. Currently serving as Executive Legal, Risk and Governance at ElectraNet Pty Ltd since July 2018, Nicola has previously held significant roles, including Deputy General Counsel at The Canada Life Insurance Company of Canada from February 2016 to August 2017, and General Counsel at The Australian Retail Franchise Group Pty Ltd from November 2011 to December 2014. Additional legal expertise was gained as Senior Associate at Kelly & Co, in-house counsel at Hymans Robertson, and Senior Associate at McCullough Robertson.
