Brian Howard

Brian Howard has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Electric Boat since January 2014, where Brian has also held the roles of Operations Training Manager and Chief of Human Resources. Prior to this, Brian worked at General Dynamics Electric Boat from August 2010 to 2014 as a Senior Human Resources Representative. Brian's career began at Electric Boat with the position of Human Resources Representative from October 2004 to February 2007, followed by a role as Business Service Director at JCSI from February 2007 to August 2010. Brian holds a degree from the University of Rhode Island, earned between 2000 and 2004.
